The technical realization of our vision required a technological base. History has proved that new and innovative
technological developments only make sense in the long run if their creators commit themselves to a particular technology.
For this reason the leading manufacturers in various fields of electronics have agreed on a uniform technology:
the so-called RFID technology based on the ISO standard 14443 A. This SmartCard is based on a contactless RFID technology
(transponder). RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. The transponder functions completely without contact and
consists merely of a chip and an antenna, which are integrated in the card
